How does the church talk about aging and end of life? What practical details need to be put in order? How do we talk to children about aging and end of life? On August 9 and 23, Virginia Sheffield, RN and Rev. Bill McCartney will help us begin to explore these questions and have resources available. On August 23, there will be a session specifically for children and parents. You are welcome to bring your own lunch. Drinks and resources will be provided. Sessions will be in the McCoy Room at Asbury UMC.

In 2014, a vision was created to globally connect through music. Individuals or groups were invited to play on their porch to celebrate diversity and the arts. This year, Asbury UMC is inviting you to be part of this movement to bring about community, connection, and instill the common hope for peace on Saturday, August 29 from 1 to 4:30 PM.
